In addition to the public locate request, Dig Right’s private locating partners will conduct a private locate
of all private utilities within the area specified above. Mobilization and hourly rates from the private locating firm will be billed
as additional charges, based on the firm's current pricing.
By proceeding, the client authorizes Dig Right to coordinate this service on their behalf and accepts responsibility for all associated
costs. Dig Right acts only as a coordinator and assumes no liability for the performance, accuracy, or timelines of the private locating firm. |
